Ilaya turned 2 last January. January is not a good month to have an outdoor party. I also wasn’t ready to organize one with less than a month old baby. Thus, a quarter and two birthday party 🙂
We were busy creating. The house was a colorful mess! My husband was in charge of engineering the pinata. It started with my son’s 4th birthday and now he’s hooked!
When I baked my first cake, I enjoyed the process of mixing and decorating. But more than that, it is the expression I see on my children’s face that inspire me to bake and create.
We get to do this three times a year! 🙂
