Here is a Year-End Review document I made to help me document my thoughts about the past year. I made it primarily for myself and my husband. I based it on some  evaluation tools I’ve seen. The kids joined in but I did not push them to do so. The five year old only wrote until the 1st page. The 8 year old until the 2nd page. Both the 12 year old and the 9 year old finished until the end.
