To help us serve you better, all inquiries and requests to the OLL team are now centralized through the LLH Portal ticketing system for proper handling and monitoring.

To submit an inquiry or concern:

  1. Visit https://llhportal.com/tickets
  2. Create a ticket under the “OLL Shop Concerns” category
  3. After submission, you will receive an email with your ticket tracking code and link which you may use to monitor or follow up on your concern.

If your child/ren are currently enrolled in LLH, you may also submit and monitor your tickets by logging in to your LLH Portal account.
